Stay Ready Tactical is a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL) operating in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Firearm sales and transfers are subject to all ATF regulations, including completion of ATF Form 4473 and a background check through the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS), unless otherwise exempt by law.

By purchasing a firearm through Stay Ready Tactical, you certify that you are legally eligible to own firearms in your jurisdiction and are not prohibited under federal or state law.

All sales of firearms, ammunition, and certain gear are final. Returns are not accepted on firearms or ammunition, except where required by law.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to know and comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction before making a purchase. Stay Ready Tactical reserves the right to refuse service to anyone we reasonably believe may be prohibited from possessing firearms or intends to use them unlawfully.
